I’ve been going to A.H Fisher Diamonds for more than 20 years, and the experience has been exceptional every step of the way. I first went to Fisher Diamonds when I was looking for an engagement ring. Alan Fisher was incredibly helpful in guiding me toward the right ring, but what stood out most was the complete lack of pressure. There was no upselling and no focus on simply spending more money. Alan’s goal was to make the experience enjoyable and help me find something that was right for us. Approximately 10 years later, I returned to upgrade the ring and get a larger stone. Once again, Alan was extremely helpful and informative. He never made the decision about the most expensive option or simply getting the biggest carat. Instead, he focused on what my wife and I wanted and what we would ultimately be happiest with. Over the years, we’ve also had a couple of situations involving loose stones and made the decision to switch from platinum to white gold. Alan was always there to provide his advice, expertise, and guidance to remedy the situation. Unfortunately, we experienced a much more stressful situation when my wife lost her stone while we were vacationing overseas. Alan stepped up and helped us every step of the way, including working through the insurance process. What could have been an incredibly frustrating and overwhelming experience became much easier because Alan took charge, guided us through the process, and made sure we knew what to do. After more than 20 years, the biggest thing I can say about Fisher Diamonds is that they’ve earned our trust. Alan genuinely cares about his customers, and it shows. He’s knowledgeable, honest, patient, and truly focused on finding what’s right for you rather than making a sale. If you’re looking for jewelry, especially an engagement ring or a significant stone, I highly recommend Fisher Diamonds.
